1) how does shipping work?

  • tracked and stamped shipping is available on the site for all countries available! if you would like USA-based CC shipping, please dm me on instagram or send me an email for those specific orders!
  • USA orders will not be automatically tracked: this means that i will not be able to track you order. if you would like for your order to have tracked shipping, please click the add-on listed as "tracked shipping"

2) what happens if my order gets lost or stolen?

  • if orders are lost or stolen, unfortunately there's nothing i can do about it since both tracked and stamped shipping options are available and it's ultimately up to pick which option you prefer!
  • there is a strict no refunds/exchange rule for this exact reason, and all sales are final
  • if you are confused about whether an issue with your order can be resolved, please send me an email! i am never bothered to answer questions from customers and appreciate that communication so we can work together to come to a resolution!

3) how long will it take to ship my order?

  • processing orders can take anywhere from 1-7 business days since i'm working and running everything alone: although i'll try my best to ship them out as soon as possible (and i usually pack things ASAP), i hope you understand! thank you so much for your patience in advance!

4) there's something wrong with my sticker sheets, what should i do?

  • please understand that colouring might be different once you receive your order in person compared to how it looks in photos
  • please also note that sticker sheets might have slight cuts or scratches on them but the stickers should still be useable!
  • i try my best to do a quality test but if you have any issues, please contact me through email (listed in the contacts page)

5) can you cancel my order and refund me?

  • unfortunately, i am unable to cancel orders and cancelling orders are not accepted!
  • if you have placed 2 orders and would like me to combine the shipping into one package and refund you for the double shipping charge, please send me a dm or email and i can partially refund you for that!
